“He’ll be really sweet and talk to my belly and kiss my belly. He’s the sweetest little boy,” the Grammy winner said. “But no kid can really know that their life is going to change… He’ll have to share Mommy.”

“[Isaiah] is absolutely amazing. We’re excited to add to the family,” she continued.

EMOTIONAL AT CMA AWARDS

The country singer recently showed off her baby bump while co-hosting the 2018 CMA Awards alongside Brad Paisley.

The CMA Awards closed off an emotional year for Carrie and also saw the release of her latest album “Cry Pretty.”

In a photo she posted to Instagram, the singer is seen backstage holding her award and an envelope containing her name.

Another photo depicts her posing in the press room with her award shortly after the show. To her fans, as a show of appreciation she wrote: "Last night was a dream...one I’m still doing my best to not wake up from. Today (and every day) I am thankful for all those in my world who make this life happen! Thank you, fans, for the constant support and encouragement."

"YOU give all of us these amazing opportunities to do what we love. I hope I made you proud last night!” she added.
